For young males facing gonadotoxic treatment, fertility preservation options are limited. For children and adolescents unable to produce sperm, testicular tissue cryopreservation is increasingly offered before gonadotoxic treatment as a potential future option to restore fertility.

Women who experience infertility but do not use fertility treatments have a higher risk of developing a group of conditions called systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases (SARD) in the nine years after a naturally conceived birth compared to women without fertility problems.


Applications for the 2025 ESHRE/EBCOG EFRM exam are now open

With a collaboration stemming back 20 years, ESHRE and the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG) are pleased to announce the applications for the 2025 exam are now open. The applications are open until 15 January 2025 at 13h00 CET (or until maximum capacity is reached).
